Washington, DC (Aug. 7, 2003)—Javien Digital Payment Solutions is opening a New York City sales office and has retained a Washington-based marketing communications consulting firm.
Javien, whose clients include such major online marketers as Forbes.com and Kiplinger.com, is a leading provider of fulfillment and payment services for the fast-growing online digital content market. CEO Leslie E. Poole said recent business growth has prompted the company to take these two initiatives to expand its sales and marketing.
"The market is exploding, and fortunately we've grown with it since leading the market into micro payment solutions three years ago," he said. "But in order to jump to the next level of market leadership, we need a New York presence, and we need greater expertise in marketing communications."
Javien is opening a mid-town Manhattan office (details below) and it has retained The Aker Partners, one of Washington's leading independent communications and marketing firms.
